1. Hemp Fibers
2. Blender/food processor
3. Water
4. A basin/tub which is wider than your mold and deckle
5. Flat surface
6. Damp cloth
7. Mold and deckle
8. A pot (large enough for the hemp fibers)
9. A stove
10. A sink or drain
11. Baby oil
12. A tablespoon
